[Submission Method]

Work
1. Work should be pasted to a panel of a size between A3 and A1.
2. An entry sheet should be pasted on the back side.
3. The top and bottom sides should be clearly indicated on the back side. When submitting a series of combined pieces, attach a layout image that shows the order for exhibition (left/right/top/bottom, sequence etc).
Data
1. File should be in one of PHOTO SHOP, JPG or TIFF formats, with the file name in alphanumeric characters. Be sure to include an extension (.psd .jpg .tif)
2. Where an original program is used for image creation, the program and its execution file should be attached.
3. Submission should be in either CD-R or DVD+R/-R.
For animated images among works of art employing digital technology.

[Submission Method]
  Video tape recording of work should meet the following requirements.
1. The footage should be no longer than 3 minutes.
2. For works exceeding 3 minutes, an edited version for audition that is no longer than 3 minutes must be submitted along with the original.
3. The footage should start with a 15-second colour bar pattern, followed by a 15-second black blank screen (See website for details).


4. The footage should be in NTSC format.
5. When recording, use one of DV-CAM, mini-DV, DV or beta-CAM.
For works with interactivity (bidirectionality between itself and audience, e.g. those with an aesthetic expression that alters through audience's action) among works of art employing digital technology.

* Where complete Work is unsuitable for submission, submission should be done with the explanatory footage (no longer than 3 minutes). In this case, a manual for exhibition must be attached.
(As a rule, award winning works are verified in the complete form.)


[Submission Method]

Complete work
1. Programs and data should operate on Windows2000/XP or MacOS X.
2. For programs and data should have the file name in alphanumeric characters.
3. Be sure to submit a manual for exhibition.
4. A manual for exhibition should be created in A4 sized paper, showing all the information required for displaying the complete work, such as assembly methods, usage, etc.
5. Submission should be in one of CD-R or DVD+R/-R.

Explanatory footage

Commercial artworks created with digital media i.e. animation movies created for industrial application (such as TV commercials and promotional videos), videogames, Webdesigns, etc.

Explanatory video of three minites or less desctibing functions and characteristics of the work to be referred to in the evaluation process. Please print out the entry sheets from the official homepage.)

1. Medium should be one of game ROM, DVD, or CD-ROM.
2. When a Web design employs link etc., Work should be complete within the submitted data.
