1.
Work should be pasted to a panel of a size
between A3 and A1.
2.
An entry sheet should be pasted on the back
side.
3.
The top and bottom sides should be clearly
indicated on the back side. When submitting
a series of combined pieces, attach a layout
image that shows the order for exhibition (left/right/top/bottom,
sequence etc).
Data
1.
File should be in one of PHOTO SHOP, JPG
or TIFF formats, with the file name in alphanumeric
characters. Be sure to include an extension
(.psd .jpg .tif)
2.
Where an original program is used for image
creation, the program and its execution file
should be attached.
3.
Submission should be in either CD-R or DVD+R/-R.

Video
tape recording of work should meet the following requirements.
1.
The footage should be no longer than 3 minutes.
2.
For works exceeding 3 minutes, an edited version
for audition that is no longer than 3 minutes must be
submitted along with the original.
3.
The footage should start with a 15-second colour
bar pattern, followed by a 15-second black blank screen
(See website for details).
4.
The footage should be in NTSC format.
5.
When recording, use one of DV-CAM, mini-DV, DV or beta-CAM.
For works with interactivity
(bidirectionality between itself and audience,
e.g. those with an aesthetic expression that
alters through audience's action) among works
of art employing digital technology.
