from 1 November 2007 to
31 October 2008.
Works that have been
submitted to or awarded
in other contests can
be submitted.
The awarded work of
Fukuoka City Waterworks
Superintendent's Award
should be available without
charge for publication
by the Waterworks Bureau
by means of homepage publication,
content for mobile phone,
the event, and etc.
Submitted works should
be available without charge
for publication by the
promoters with the purposes
of results announcement,
advertisement, invitation,
or compilation of works
collections for the Award
by means of screening,
broadcast, duplication,
printing, exhibition,
Web sites, etc.
Inadequate entries may
be rejected.
Submitted media should
have entrant's name, work
title, and entry number
clearly indicated.
Work and attached media
for submission should
be a copy of the original.
As a rule, the submitted
works will not be returned.
There is no entry fee,
but all costs for application
and exhibition, such as
transportation and insurance
for work, special equipments
or programs required for
exhibition, should be
born by the entrant.
For damaged or lost
work, the promoters will
make no compensation.
Submitted work (data)
will be kept by the 2007 Asia Digital Art Award
Executive Committee.
After entry, the name,
Category, number of pieces,
creator's name and other
information of work may
be changed in order to
facilitate audition and
exhibition.
After entry, the name,

not be changeable.
Entrants must have a
valid e-mail address through
which they can be contacted
during the term of Award
(mobile phone email address
not accepted).
When sponsors of this
event request for use
of submitted works, such
sponsor may be introduced
subject to separate permission
from entrants.

entry, applicants are
considered to have accepted

of entry etc.
Entrants must be the
copyright holder of their
work. Permission must
be obtained from joint
creator(s) if any.
The copyright of arts,
motion pictures, photographs,
music etc., that appear
in the works must belong
to the respective entrants,
or if not, permission
must be obtained from
the copyright holder.
Should there be any claim
of right infringement
or damage compensation,
the respective entrant
must deal with the claim.
The promoters will assume
no responsibility.
